Some days are worst than others when it comes to anxiety. You never know how your day will go. Everything is going good then something happens and you’re having terrible anxiety. Usually for me, a memory will come up and I can’t stop thinking about it. I go through this a lot and some days it’s so bad I can’t seem to get past it. I take it easy and try to keep my mind busy. I’m so thankful my wife sees when I’m not in a good spot and we will talk about it, she will ask me what’s wrong and sometimes I know and sometimes I don’t. She doesn’t press it and just tells me to take it easy and assures me that I’m okay. So, if you’re having a bad day, take it easy, just breathe…you’re okay.
